Sams a fantastic dog, but we just cant give him the space and excerise he needs!  Sam is around 2 years old.  He's about 2 1/2' tall (about to my knee) and about 40lbs. (hes a littler chubby, maybe a 6 or 7 on scale of 1-10) He loves to swim and go for car rides.  He loves anything that squeaks and bones. He is extremley smart!  He sits, stays, and walks on a leash very well and even figured out a dog puzzle on his first try (my other 2 couldnt even figure it out.) He does pretty good when off the leash, but sometimes small animals can be a real distraction! He loves other dogs and people when he gets to know them.  He is a good gaurd dog, he barks when he hears people coming and goin from the building. Sam is a good eater and loves his dog treats. He is currently eating Wellness and does not get any people food. The only bad thing about Sam is that hes a "jumper" and sometimes can be a little "mouthy."  I wouldnt reccommend him with small children, because hell prob. run them over.  He does require weekly brushing because he does shed alot.  He has a furminator and he loves to be brushed, esp. when his belly is being brushed.  Sam is currently on monthly heartgard and k9-advantix.  He is also up-to-date on all vacs. including rabies, distemper/parvo, lepto, lyme, and k-9 flu.
